Hi Amy! Yes, love to hear this! My choices aren't that exciting, but they do the job. And like you, most of it is at least a decade old!

These are my top layers which I add/subtract depending on how cold it is, and that I can strip off during the run as I warm up/cool down:

Layer 1: I wear a Lululemon or MEC base layer that clings to the body.

Layer 2: On top of that I wear something like this: https://www.mec.ca/en/product/6011-747/rockwall-half-zip-midlayer?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI29HwlMvpggMV9AytBh0trADWEAQYBCABEgJnhfD_BwE&colour=Obsidian&gad_source=1

Layer 3: On top that I wear a fleece zip up like this: https://www.mec.ca/en/product/6009-286/fireside-fleece-jacket?colour=Wild+Berry%2FBlack

Layer 4: Finally, on top of that I wear this. https://ca.shop.runningroom.com/en_ca/new-balance-women-s-pmv-shutter-speed-jacket.html

Bottoms: I have levels of leggings: light, mid, heavy. And when it's REALLY cold, like -20C (-4F), I'll double up on the bottom, usually putting my MEC long underwear under my heaviest ilegging which is this one: https://shop.lululemon.com/en-ca/p/womens-leggings/Cold-Weather-HR-Running-Tight-28/_/prod11570306?color=0001.
